Epic Personnel Partners is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Franklin !
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00AM- 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00
Duties: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent for a variety of positions within our organization!
- Conducting full cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilizing various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and making recommendations to hiring managers.
- Managing candidate relationships and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assisting with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in Staffing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
