Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices all over the country. Currently, we are reviewing resumes for General Laborers in Shreveport, LA.
**Will work 12-15 hour shifts**
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties supporting operations.
- Load, unload, stage, and transport materials and equipment.
- Use hand and power tools for assembly, fabrication, and installation.
- Follow safety requirements and maintain a clean work area.
- Assist with material handling, staging, and inventory organization.
- Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment as required.
- Comfortable shoveling, sweeping, and providing general site support.
Skills:
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and have a clean background.
- Demonstrated proficiency using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints and technical drawings.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow directions accurately.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
