Crawl Space Ninja of Athens/Augusta is a veteran owned small business company. We are looking for a Crawl Space Technician to join our growing team in the Augusta area. Our technicians earn on average $60k+/year. Lead Technicians work an average of 40 hours per week, earning overtime when needed.
Crawl Space Techs will be waterproofing, insulating, encapsulating, performing mold removal and more.
Abilities needed but not limited to:
- MUST HAVE previous experience working in crawl spaces
- Able to lead and manage a crawl space technician while at the job site
- Clean driving record
- Able to carry 75-125lbs or more up ladders.
- Able to work in temperatures at and above 100 degrees.
- Able to wear respirators and other personal protective equipment supplied.
- Able to work with fiberglass, rock wool, cellulose, spray foam, radiant barrier and other types of insulation.
- Able to use hand tools such as jack hammer, saws, drills, & masonry guns safely.
- Able to dig using shovels and picks both inside and outside home.
- Able to get wet and dirty.
- Able to break up concrete and dig large volumes of dirt to install interior and exterior drain systems.
- Install sump pumps and dehumidifiers including drainage and electrical.
- Perform mold remediation including soda blasting, scrubbing, negative air, containment, biocide application, etc.
