Receptionist (Temporary)
Location: Rancho Murieta, CA | Employment: Full-Time, Temporary (6–8 weeks) | Pay: $20/hr
Summary:
Provide front desk support for an office, assisting residents, guests, and vendors. Manage calls, process bar codes, schedule facility reservations, handle payments, and support administrative tasks. Start right away!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors in person and by phone.
- Answer, screen, and route calls; manage messages.
- Process bar code applications and maintain accurate logs.
- Schedule and coordinate facility reservations.
- Receive and record HOA payments following cash-handling procedures.
- Support general administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of front desk experience (HOA/property management a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, professional, and reliable.
