Units: 132
Salary: $20.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Summary:
Dorsey Gardens is looking for a Maintenance Associate to undertake the responsibility of upgradingpreserving the good condition and functionality of our 132-unit residential apartment community.

Responsibilities:

Prepare units for occupancy
- Paint and complete make readies for occupancy

Perform daily trash pickup

Assist in general maintenance work as requested
- Perform light checks

Perform manual repairs when necessary
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) and pool maintenance

On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager
Skills:
-
Proven experience as maintenance associate
- Strong working knowledge of general maintenance duties including drying walling, painting, etc.

Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices

Good physical condition and strength
