The Sales Associate successfully executes merchandising and sales goals in the off/on-premise market as assigned by the Associate Director of Regional Sales. They provide hands-on support to various accounts and distributors by building displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the Karl Strauss brand is available to the consumers for purchase. They work with the Associate Director of Regional Sales on increasing distribution through a targeted list of goals.
Heavy work: Team Member works remotely or shares a workstation with others in similar positions. Time spent conducting sedentary work is less than 25%. Requires walking, standing, and/or driving for more than 75% of the workday.
