The Client Success Associate is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience throughout the client lifecycle. As part of Vori Health's Client Success team, this role helps clients achieve their goals, realize value from their partnership with Vori, and maintain long-term engagement.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Operations, Product, and Implementation teams, the Client Success Associate serves as a trusted resource for clients while helping drive satisfaction, retention, and successful renewals.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Operations, Product, and Implementation teams to support client needs
Partner closely with Client Success Managers and leadership to build expertise through coaching, shadowing client interactions, and participating in account reviews, renewals, and client strategy discussions
Core Attributes You Bring
2+ years of experience in client success, customer success, account management, healthcare services, employee benefits, or a related field
