Payroll will report to corporate controller.
● Process all payroll cycles (weekly), including prevailing wage and standard payroll
● Apply correct wage rates based on job classification, project, and jurisdiction
● Calculate, track, and allocate prevailing wage fringe benefits (cash and/or benefits)
● Prepare, review, and submit certified payroll reports for applicable federal, state, and municipal projects
● Ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws, wage determinations, and labor regulations
● Maintain complete and accurate payroll records for audits and inspections
● Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and correct wage issues as needed
● Coordinate with HR, Finance, and project management to verify hours, job codes, and classifications
● Process payroll deductions, taxes, garnishments, and benefit contributions
● Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and payroll policies
● Support internal and external payroll audits and government inquiries
● Stay current on changes to payroll laws and prevailing wage requirements
● Assist in general office duties, including accounts payable entries

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
