As a guest service agent, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to all incoming guests
- Complete checkouts and handle monetary transactions
- Provide guests with information about and directions to local restaurants, landmarks, and attractions
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely manner
- Send daily shift report to team members
- Ensure work area is clean and well stocked at all times, including market
- Provide outstanding guest service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Drive guests to and from the Albany International Airport and other local destinations via hotel shuttle
- Assist with public area cleaning duties
- Assist with breakfast operations
- Other duties as assigned or requested by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Schedule varies weekly and will include days, evenings, holidays and weekends
- Professional appearance
- Ability to write, read, and communicate in English
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and excitement to be a part of something new!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
