- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience leading and managing technology projects in all phases, from evaluation to design and execution.
- 5 years of experience in automation technology, data orchestration, and workflow automation.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management and software implementation/integration.
- 5 years of experience working with cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders.

As a Technical Program Manager in Compliance, Safety and Risk Management (CSRM) Technical Operations, you will join the Next-gen AI, data Orchestration, Visualization, and Automation (NOVA) team within GDC’s CSRM organization. In this role, you will drive critical automation initiatives, ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure technological solutions that align with strategic compliance, safety, and risk management goals.

- Manage and execute automation projects within the NOVA team, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with CSRM’s strategic goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to implement automation solutions, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and security.
- Engage with stakeholders to align on program goals, modify plans as necessary, and seamlessly manage expectations across various internal groups.
- Utilize agile methodologies and other program management tools to enhance team effectiveness and project delivery.
