Job description:
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role is critical in ensuring our sales operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with sales representatives, account managers, and leadership to support client relationships, manage administrative tasks, and help drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, includes order entry, follow-up reports
Manage CRM data entry and ensure accuracy of customer information.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Support onboarding of new clients and maintain ongoing communication.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
Familiarity with sales analytics tools and reporting platforms.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $23.64 to $28.47 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
