As our Shop Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Managing cash, credit card transactions, and invoices with accuracy.
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating shop activities.
- Communicating effectively with customers and shop staff to ensure a seamless experience.
- Occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs when moving office supplies, paperwork, or small packages.
We’re searching for someone who brings the following skills and qualifications to the table:
- Experience: At least 1 year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish proficiency is a plus!
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
