We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused AT&T Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, the AT&T Team Member will deliver personalized wireless and internet solutions, build meaningful customer relationships, and represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and energy. The AT&T Team Member serves as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and businesses select services face-to-face that align with their needs, preferences, and budgets.
Responsibilities of an AT&T Team Member:
- Represent AT&T with confidence while promoting wireless and internet services through direct, in-person face-to-face customer interactions
- Deliver engaging sales presentations that highlight the value and advantages of AT&T products and services
- Recommend tailored sales plans and pricing based on each customer’s lifestyle, usage, and budget
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to support long-term retention and referrals
- Address customer sales questions and objections professionally, turning challenges into opportunities to build trust
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Share customer feedback and market insights with leadership to support ongoing sales strategy improvements
Qualifications for an AT&T Team Member:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
- Experience as an AT&T Team Member or within telecommunications is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Self-driven, coachable, and results-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory as needed
