Responsibilities and Duties:
· A Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse—also known as a step-down or intermediate care nurse—bridges the gap between the ICU and general floors. They monitor and treat patients who are stable enough to leave intensive care but still require frequent, close clinical observation and specialized medical technology
