Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This role offers scheduling flexibility while helping residents achieve greater mobility, strength, and independence.
Position Responsibilities:

Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide treatment focused on gait, balance, strengthening, mobility, endurance, and pain management

Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate

Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians

Educate residents and caregivers on mobility and safety techniques

Complete timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
