Residential House Cleaner
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Residential House Cleaner to join our team. In this position, you'll provide high-quality cleaning services that help create clean, healthy, and welcoming homes for our clients.
We're looking for individuals who are reliable, take pride in their work, and enjoy delivering excellent customer service. Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training and continued support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and detailed cleaning of residential homes following company standards
- Dust furniture, baseboards, blinds, windowsills, and other household surfaces
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, stairs, and upholstered furniture
- Sweep, mop, and care for hardwood, tile, vinyl, and other flooring types
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, including countertops, sinks, cabinet exteriors, stovetops, and appliance surfaces
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
- Empty trash and replace liners throughout the home
- Properly use, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow company cleaning systems and quality standards on every visit
- Report any safety concerns, property damage, or maintenance issues noticed during service
- Assist with initial deep cleanings, move-in/move-out services, and other specialty cleaning assignments when scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel cleaning, janitorial work, or a similar role is helpful, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working independently while following company procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with customers and teammates
- Able to perform physical duties including lifting, bending, reaching, kneeling, and being on your feet throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation is preferred

Work Location: Travel between client homes within our service area.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
