Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNA, Nurse Aide, or Nursing Students to join our home care team. Currently hiring for all shifts with highest priority being evening and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility to promote comfort and independence.
- Take vital signs, record patient information accurately
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition to charge nurse
- Follow all tasks as assigned in the Plan of Care
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nurse Aide, or actively enrolled as a nursing student pursuing licensure.
- Experience is a plus, but not required.
