As a Security Officer Lobby Security in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will provide a welcoming presence, assist visitors and staff, monitor access, and support security-related procedures. You will communicate professionally, respond to routine inquiries, and help maintain an orderly environment. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, maintain visitor logs, and verify access credentials in accordance with site procedures.

Monitor access points, reception-area activity, and security-related systems, reporting unusual conditions or concerns to appropriate personnel.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location protocols.

Support a professional, welcoming reception environment while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information in accordance with site requirements.
Minimum Requirements:

CPR certification is preferred.

CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
