Looking for the flexibility of an hourly position without sacrificing a full-time caseload?
At Mercy Plus Healthcare, our center-based ABA model allows many of our hourly BCBAs to maintain a full-time caseload of up to 25 billable hours per week—providing consistent earning potential while giving you greater control over your schedule.
Our hourly clinicians are paid double their calculated hourly rate for billable hours and are only required to be in the center during scheduled billable appointments. Documentation and other non-billable responsibilities can be completed on your own schedule, giving you the flexibility to manage your workday in a way that works best for you.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA practices
- Design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention programs
- Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Analyze clinical data and make treatment decisions based on client progress
- Complete documentation that meets BACB, Medicaid, and insurance requirements
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Michigan Behavior Analyst License (or eligibility)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
