About the Role:
We are looking for three motivated individuals to join our growing team as Fiber Splicing Maintenance Technicians. This is hands-on work that keeps communities connected by troubleshooting, repairing, and restoring fiber optic service. Your mission: get customers back online quickly and safely.
Experience with fiber splicing is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates with the right attitude and work ethic. If you want to get into a high-demand, well-paying trade and grow with an emerging company, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform fiber optic maintenance splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Respond to outages and service calls to restore connectivity.
- Work with everything fiber-related: aerial, underground, enclosures, and terminals.
- Document work completed and communicate with supervisors.
- Safely operate company equipment and follow all safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation – must get to job sites on time, no exceptions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Clean (or reasonably clean) background – we work with major ISPs and must meet their standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours (maintenance work sometimes happens at night or weekends).
- Desire to grow with a fast-moving company and take pride in your work.
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay: $25–$35/hour depending on experience.
