Job Overview:
The Construction Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site construction and maintenance activities to ensure oil and gas projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. This role provides daily leadership to field crews and serves as the primary point of contact for on-site operations.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction and maintenance activities for oil and gas projects; Lead and manage field personnel
- Enforce OSHA and HSE safety requirements

Read and interpret drawings, alignment sheets, and P&IDs

Coordinate with project management and inspectors

Monitor productivity, quality, and schedule performance

Complete daily reports, timekeeping, and safety documentation

Enter daily cost, progress and major accomplishments in WellEz
-
Have a good operations understanding of equipment and layout to resolve and minimize delays

Ensure proper use, inspection, and maintenance of tools and equipment
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in oil and gas production preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 of oil and gas construction experience; experience in a Foreman or lead role preferred

Solid understanding of WellEz, ZD SCADA, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word

Strong knowledge of oil and gas construction practices and safety standards

H2S, First Aid/CPR, and site-specific safety certifications preferred

Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
