SCIS is seeking a dynamic Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers on an assigned shift. This position is ideal for a solid leader with security operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise contract employees on assigned shift
- Proactively address concerns with clients and employees
- Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment
What You Bring:
- US citizenship
- 21 or older
- Valid Driver’s License and Good Driving Record
- 1 year of experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience and previous Supervisory Experience
- Must have an active Arizona Guard Card in Hand
- Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
