Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Pallet Breakdown Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations by unloading trailers and organizing boxes from pallets. This role is critical in maintaining an efficient workflow, ensuring products are properly sorted, staged, and prepared for storage or distribution.
This role will begin in late July / Early August
Interviews will be held at Component Supply - once you have been selected the address will be sent to you via Message.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload pallets from incoming trailers safely and efficiently
- Break down pallets and organize boxes by product type, order, or designated location
- Sort and stage materials in assigned warehouse areas
- Ensure accurate handling and placement of inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations (preferred but not required)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking
- Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.)
Schedule:
- [Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM]
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
