Location: Old Bridge, NJ
Compensation: $25–$30 per hour
Commitment: Part-time, long-term, live-out
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–8:00 am; approximately 11–15 shifts per month, with schedule provided in advance
Guaranteed Hours: 10 hours per week

Position Overview
A family is seeking an experienced, reliable part-time nanny to support their weekday mornings. The role centers on getting three young children — ages 8 months, 2, and 3 — up, dressed, fed, and delivered to daycare on time. The family is also looking for someone who can provide additional coverage when a child is unwell and unable to attend daycare. This is a long-term, live-out position, and the family values consistency and longevity in a caregiver.

Responsibilities

Morning care for three children, ages 8 months, 2, and 3

Waking, dressing, and preparing children for the day

Preparing and serving breakfast

Packing daycare bags and any needed items

Driving children to daycare

Providing care at home when a child is sick and unable to attend daycare

Light tidying related to the children's morning routine
Requirements

Professional childcare experience, including with infants and toddlers

Comfortable managing three young children simultaneously during a fast-paced morning routine

Valid driver's license, and own reliable vehicle (parking available)
