Job Summary
TW Nickerson is looking for a construction laborer. Added bonus if you can operate machinery and have a hoisting/class A or B license.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, skidsteer to support various construction activities.
- Drive commercial vehicles including dump trucks and other construction-related trucks safely and efficiently across job sites.
- Assist with site preparation by performing manual labor tasks such as digging, trenching, loading materials, and site cleanup.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
Skills
- Experience operating heavy machinery on construction sites
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with experience driving dump trucks and other large vehicles
- Familiarity with construction site procedures and safety standards
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and operating machinery for extended periods
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
