We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and friendly barista who loves creating great customer experiences in a fast-paced drive-thru coffee shop. If you enjoy connecting with people, working as part of a team, and taking pride in your work, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Prepare espresso drinks, Lotus energy drinks, smoothies, teas, and other menu items
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service with a positive attitude
- Accurately take customer orders and handle payments
- Keep the stand clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift
- Restock supplies and help prepare for the next shift
- Follow recipes and food safety standards
- Work as a team to keep the flow smooth during busy rushes
- Take initiative to complete cleaning and side work without being asked

- Team player who communicates well with coworkers
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
Schedule
- Part-time or Full-time
- Weekend availability is required
- Early mornings are required (opening shifts begin at 5:30 AM)
- Some flexibility to help cover shifts is appreciated
