Leaning Pines Golf Course is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pro Shop Attendant.
As the first point of contact for our golfers, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Schedule
The Pro Shop is open seven days a week throughout the golf season (weather permitting). Scheduling will vary based on business needs and weather conditions.
The golf season typically runs through October. As the season comes to an end, there may be an opportunity for qualified team members to continue employment by transitioning into a Host or Front of House position at Dream View Restaurant & Event Center.
Responsibilities
● Welcome golfers and guests with a positive attitude.
● Check in golfers and manage tee times.
● Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments.
● Answer phones and assist guests with questions.
● Stock beverages, snacks, and merchandise.
● Keep the Pro Shop clean, organized, and well-stocked.
● Assist with opening and closing duties.
● Provide outstanding customer service to every guest.
Qualifications
● Must be 18 years of age or older.
● Strong customer service and communication skills.
● Friendly, dependable, and self-motivated.
● Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
● Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
