Dance Studio Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dance studio team.
As the first point of contact for our students and families, you will be the face of the studio. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and families, provides outstanding customer service, and communicates clearly and professionally both in person and in writing.
Strong written communication skills are our number one priority for this position.
Responsibilities
- Welcome students, parents, and visitors to the studio
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to questions professionally
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner
- Assist families with registration, enrollment, and account questions
- Provide information regarding classes, schedules, tuition, and studio policies
- Maintain accurate student records and account information
- Support daily front desk and administrative operations
- Assist students and families with general needs and questions
- Help create a positive, welcoming, and professional studio environment
Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills required
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using email, computers, and office software
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or dance studio experience preferred
Schedule
- Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Thursday: 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay
$16.00–$18.00 per hour

The ideal candidate is warm, welcoming, professional, and an excellent communicator. They enjoy working with children and families, can confidently answer questions, and are able to write clear, professional emails. This person will play an important role in helping our dance studio provide an exceptional experience for every student and family.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
