Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will assist in developing engaging visual designs for various marketing materials, digital content, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce email marketing assets, including promotional emails, newsletters, product launches, campaign graphics, and supporting visuals.
- Assist in creating visual designs for digital ads, social media posts, website content, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Work closely with senior designers and other team members to execute design ideas and ensure they align with project goals and brand standards.
- Produce high-quality designs for both print and digital platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design materials.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates.
- Bring a proactive, solutions-focused attitude to the role and look for ways to improve designs, workflows, and campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred; design certificate, relevant coursework, or equivalent professional experience accepted.
- Portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals, creativity, typography, layout, and digital design work is required.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
