This role is best suited for experienced professionals who are comfortable recommending treatment plans, selling skincare products, and working in a fast-paced, performance-focused spa environment.

What You’ll Do
- Perform customized facial treatments and skincare services
- Conduct in-depth skin consultations and recommend treatment plans
- Recommend retail skincare products and home-care regimens
- Build strong client retention and prebooking rates
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and visible results
- Maintain a clean, professional treatment room
- Actively help grow your book through referrals, client relationships, and outreach
Qualifications
- Active Florida Esthetician License
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on facial experience required
- Strong retail sales and consultation skills
- Confidence recommending upgrades, skincare products, and treatment plans
- Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Experience with DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, LED treatments, and professional skincare lines strongly preferred
