AccessNow Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing outpatient practice in Portage, Michigan.
We are an independent, provider-led clinic that is not affiliated with a large healthcare system. Our practice offers a unique combination of urgent care, primary care, occupational health, and telemedicine services in a supportive and flexible environment. Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Provide urgent care, primary care, and preventive health services
- Manage common outpatient procedures within scope of practice
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans and preventive care
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
- Participate in telemedicine visits as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Current Michigan Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in urgent care, family medicine, primary care, emergency medicine, or occupational medicine
- Experience performing common office procedures
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Clinic hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling available
