Job Title: Day shift
Workdays/Hours: 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm, 12pm-8pm. Weekends and holidays required.
Classification: Hourly, non-exempt
Job Description:
Responsible for Internal/External phone calls and guest service
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Check guests in and out of rooms and help with any issues they may have

Get packages ready for check in

Answer internal/External calls from guests needing supplies or wanting to make a reservation.

Restock supplies at the front desk, lobby and gift shop, notify manager of supplies needed.

Resolve problems arising from guest complaints, reservation and room assignment activities.

Provide feedback to the other shifts and supervisor/manager.

Such other appropriate duties as may be required.
Requirements:
Pre-Employment Requirements: Reference check, criminal background check.
Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Some accounting experience required.

Consistent employment history.
Technical Skills:
-
Knowledge of Word and Excel required.

Familiarity with multi-line phone system, copier, fax, and scanner.

Knowledge of Springer Miller software preferable, but not required.
