Located at Still Waters Lakefront Resort - Over 230 rooms from 1 to 3 Bedroom Units
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cook Lead to oversee daily operations for our food truck. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily food truck operations, including food prep, cooking, and service

Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and quality

Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies

Ensure consistency in food presentation and taste

Provide excellent customer service and handle guest interactions professionally

Assist with menu planning and specials as needed
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role (food truck experience a plus)

Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food safety standards
