Budget Cabinets is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Kitchen & Bath Sales/Design Specialist to join our growing team!
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, sales, and customer service to help bring kitchen and bath projects to life. You’ll work directly with homeowners, contractors, and other industry professionals from the initial consultation through the design and ordering process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to understand their project needs, style, and budget
- Create functional and visually appealing kitchen and bath designs
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and product selections
- Guide customers through cabinetry, countertop, hardware, and related product options
- Follow up on leads and actively work to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Accurately measure spaces and ensure project details are complete before ordering
- Manage projects from initial consultation through order placement and delivery coordination
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors, and trade professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen and bath, cabinetry, design, or related sales experience preferred
- Experience with 2020 Design software is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- A motivated, proactive approach to sales and business development
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience

Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission, providing both income stability and the opportunity to increase earnings based on sales performance.
