Lead People. Improve Systems. Build Something Bigger.
About the Opportunity
Royal Palm Property Management is looking for more than an Office Manager. We’re looking for a future Operations Manager.
This is an opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in residential property management who is ready to take the next step in their career. Someone who enjoys developing people, improving systems, solving problems, and helping build an exceptional company.
You’ll work directly with ownership to help lead our team, strengthen our culture, improve our operations, and create an environment where both our employees and clients thrive.
If you’re looking for a position where you’ll simply complete assigned tasks every day, this probably isn’t the right fit. If you’re looking for a career where your ideas matter, your leadership is valued, and your opportunity for growth has no predefined ceiling, we’d love to meet you.
About Royal Palm Property Management

This position serves as the operational heartbeat of our company. You’ll partner directly with ownership to ensure our office operates efficiently, our team stays motivated and accountable, and our clients continue receiving exceptional service. You’ll help transform ideas into systems, systems into consistency, and consistency into results. As our company grows, this position is expected to grow into an Operations Manager role with increasing leadership responsibilities. What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Help lead, motivate, coach, and support a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive, solution-oriented, and accountable workplace culture.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Coach employees through challenges while recognizing and celebrating successes.

- Monitor operational performance and key metrics.
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements.
- Partner with ownership on strategic initiatives and company projects.

- Assist with leasing operations, renewals, maintenance coordination, owner communication, vendor relationships, and overall workflow management.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and Fair Housing guidelines are consistently followed.
- Help maintain our high standards for customer service and operational excellence.
Financial & Administrative Oversight

- Owner and resident communication
- Vendor management

- Working in a fast-paced environment
We’re not looking to teach someone what property management is. We’re looking for someone who understands the fundamentals and is ready to grow into leadership.

The right person for this role is equal parts leader, operator, coach, and problem solver.
You don’t wait for problems to become someone else’s responsibility.
You take initiative.
You gather the facts.

You move things forward.
You’re comfortable making decisions while also knowing when collaboration is the better approach. You have strong financial instincts, enjoy working with numbers, and understand that details matter. You naturally think ahead.
If you notice a process isn’t working, you’re already asking yourself:
- How can we improve this?
- Why is this happening?
- How do we prevent it from happening again?
- How can we make our team’s job easier while improving the client experience?
You genuinely enjoy helping people succeed. You understand leadership isn’t about managing people. It’s about removing obstacles, building trust, creating accountability, and helping others become the best version of themselves.
