Quality Engineer | Medical Devices
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support the development and manufacturing of high-quality medical device products. This role will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure products meet quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities
- Support quality processes throughout the product lifecycle, from development through production.
- Develop and maintain inspection, testing, and quality assurance methods.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and product requirements.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions.
- Investigate product issues through root cause analysis and implement process improvements.
- Support audits, documentation, and quality management system requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.
- Provide guidance and training on quality standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or medical device environments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics.
- Experience with quality tools, problem-solving methodologies, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business tools.
