What You'll Do
- Perform general repairs and maintenance on residential and rental properties (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting)
- Complete work orders assigned through our property management system, with before/after photo documentation
- Diagnose issues on-site and provide accurate time/material estimates
- Maintain a clean, professional, safety-conscious work site at every job
- Communicate directly and courteously with homeowners and tenants
- Occasionally support larger property turnovers and multi-unit maintenance projects
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on handyman, maintenance, or skilled trades experience
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Reliable transportation and own basic hand tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
