Location: New Ulm, MN Area
Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 per year
Schedule: Day shift | Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do as a Production Supervisor:-
Oversee shop staff, equipment, and daily operations to ensure safety and compliance

Manage the production schedule and ensure output targets and deadlines are met

Train, supervise, and motivate employees while providing performance feedback

Monitor product quality and ensure powder coating standards are consistently achieved

Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime

Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance on equipment

Operate and monitor the powder coating line while supporting continuous improvement efforts
What You Need to Bring to the Production Supervisor Role:-
Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong understanding of safety practices and production workflows

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production deadlines
