Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)
We are seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on work, can troubleshoot maintenance issues, and is comfortable working independently while providing excellent service to residents.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every other week on-call rotation required
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance service requests in occupied and vacant apartments.
- Perform repairs including plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, and general maintenance.
- Prepare apartments for new move-ins, including painting and cleaning as needed.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Drive a company vehicle.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls during scheduled on-call weeks.
- Frequent local travel is required for this role- applicants must have a clean driving record
Qualifications

- Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on your feet throughout the workday.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
