We're hiring a Canvass Manager to run our door-to-door lead generation team across South Florida. You'll be in the field most days — recruiting, training, and managing canvassers who knock neighborhoods to set appointments for our sales reps. If you've run a canvass team before and know how to keep people productive in the heat without burning them out, we want to talk.
What you'll do
- Manage a team of canvassers and hit weekly lead and appointment quotas
- Plan routes and target neighborhoods based on storm impact zones, age of housing stock, and prior sales data
- Train new hires on the pitch, objection handling, and how to qualify a homeowner (owner vs. renter, decision-maker, project timeline)
- Run daily morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; track numbers in our CRM
- Recruit and onboard new canvassers as the team grows
- Make sure the team follows local solicitation rules, HOA restrictions, and no-knock lists
- Spend time in the field coaching, not just managing from a truck
What we're looking for
- 2+ years managing a canvass, D2D sales, or field marketing team — home improvement experience is a big plus
- Track record of hitting lead-gen quotas and developing reps who get promoted
- Comfortable knocking doors yourself and demonstrating the pitch
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred — most of our market needs it
- Reliable transportation, valid Florida driver's license, clean record
- Available evenings and Saturdays (when homeowners are actually home)
