About the Position
As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you will provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in:
- In-home settings
- School settings within the Ashburn area
You will work closely with a BCBA-led clinical team to support skill development in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior reduction.
In this role, you will:
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Support parent collaboration
- Participate in ongoing clinical training
- Assist with assessments when appropriate
- Support team members as needed

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
