The Arc Erie County New York is hiring an Associate Director of Human Resources (AD of HR) to help lead core HR areas including but not limited to employee relations, benefits, HR policy, HRIS administration and oversight, compensation and workforce retention efforts across the agency.
In this key leadership role, you’ll work closely with the Director of HR and senior leadership team to support managers across the organization and help shape the employee experience for hundreds of staff members.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay: Starting at $80,000.00 annually
Location: Williamsville, NY

Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor’s Degree plus (6) years of HR benefit and employee relations experience OR Master’s Degree plus (2) years of HR benefit and employee relations experience
- Leadership experience required
- Strong background in HR compliance, HRIS, and compensation analysis preferred
- SHRM, PHR, or related certification preferred
