Project Manager – Electrical Construction
$100,000 - $145,000 + Bonus + Truck Allowance + More
We're working with a leading electrical contractor delivering large-scale industrial & data center projects across the region. This is an opportunity to lead complex, high-value electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion, taking full ownership of project delivery, financial performance, client relationships and team leadership.
Data center experience is a plus, but it's not essential. The priority is finding someone who has successfully managed electrical construction scopes valued at $10M+ on major commercial or industrial projects and is ready to bring that expertise into one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large commercial/industrial/data center electrical projects from award through close-out.
- Own project profitability, budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Manage schedules, procurement, risk and project resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers and field leadership.
- Drive change order management, contract administration and commercial performance.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Champion collaboration, accountability and operational excellence across the project team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing electrical construction projects with scopes exceeding $10M.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
- Experience leading project teams on complex commercial or industrial builds.
- Data center experience is desirable, but not required.
- Excellent client-facing, leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach with a track record of delivering successful projects.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
