What You’ll Do:
● Lead installation crews across North America
● Read mechanical drawings and coordinate installations
● Install industrial ductwork, structural steel, fans, cyclones, conveyors, and support systems
● Manage jobsite safety and maintain a professional work environment
● Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and project managers
● Solve problems in the field when conditions aren’t perfect
● Train and develop installers into future leaders
● Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality
You don’t necessarily need a degree.
You do need experience.
We’re looking for someone who has:
● 5+ years leading industrial mechanical installations(8+ preferably)
● Experience with structural steel, ductwork, conveyors, or industrial equipment
● Strong blueprint reading skills
● Ability to travel extensively
● Leadership mentality—not just management
● Pride in craftsmanship
● Mechanical aptitude that can’t be taught
● A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Bonus if you’ve worked in:
● Pneumatic conveying
● Dust collection
● Industrial ventilation
● Manufacturing facilities
● Food processing
● Packaging plants
● Paper or corrugated plants

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
