Technosoft Services seeks a Business Development Manager to work in Brookfield, WI and unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Responsible for:
- Developing business in the engineering industry by identify opportunities, capturing strategic accounts and cultivating new relationships.
- Working with Engineering and Key Account Sales teams in accelerating and driving profitability.
- Aligning capabilities with customer’s business strategies and service requirements.
- Monitoring competition to understand business threats and developing plans to eliminate barriers.
- Implementing services, pricing and market strategies.
- Negotiating customer contracts and value packages to ensure return on investments.
- Defining target markets, key processing technologies and commercial strategies.
- Developing account development plans for strategic accounts.
- Developing, executing and managing sales plans and budgets.
- Managing and reporting expenses.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Business Administration or a combination of education and/or experience determined to be equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Business Administration. Must have two (2) years of experience as a business development manager responsible for selling manufacturing and design engineering services. Experience must include performing business development, account management, marketing, and market segmentation mapping activities.
This position is for a roving employee who will work in unanticipated locations throughout the United States. The employee will have to relocate, but travel is not required from any particular location.
