Who We Are
Weather Contracting is a nationwide storm restoration and insurance claims contractor specializing in residential and commercial roofing and exterior restoration after hail and wind events.
We help homeowners, business owners, property managers, HOAs, agricultural facilities, multifamily communities, retail centers, and industrial properties restore storm-damaged buildings through their insurance policies.
Weather Contracting serves as the general contractor and manages the restoration process from inspection through project completion. Once you secure a customer, our dedicated claims management and operations teams handle the insurance claim process, project management, scheduling, and production support.
Work Environment
Representatives work directly with homeowners, business owners, property managers, and commercial property decision-makers in storm-affected areas.
This role includes:
- B2B prospecting in neighborhoods impacted by hail or wind damage, or following leads from our call centers
- Meeting property owners at residential and commercial properties
- Conducting on-site inspections after company training
- Traveling nationwide to active storm markets as needed
Travel assistance is provided for qualified representatives.
What You’ll Be Selling
Representatives market Weather Contracting’s storm restoration services, including:
- Residential roof replacement
- Commercial roofing restoration
- Storm damage inspections
- Insurance-supported roofing claims
- Exterior restoration services related to covered storm damage
The goal is to help property owners restore storm damage while having our adjusters navigate the insurance claims process.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Generate new business through face-to-face prospecting and networking
- Schedule and conduct property inspections after completing company training
- Identify visible storm damage and document findings using company technology
- Educate homeowners and commercial property owners on the restoration and insurance claims process before setting them up with adjusters.
- Secure restoration service agreements
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the restoration process
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy building relationships and working independently.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Outside sales experience (roofing, solar, insurance, home improvement, or other high-ticket sales preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills, Bartender’s are usually great at this role.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline
- Willingness to travel to storm-affected markets
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Roofing experience is not required.
We provide training on storm damage identification, inspections, company systems, and the restoration process.
Compensation
This position is commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
Compensation is based on residential and commercial restoration projects. Additional leadership and override opportunities are available for qualified representatives.
