At Network Cabling Services (NCS), we’re looking for a hands-on Audio Visual Lead Technician in the Dallas/Fort Worth area who’s ready to lead field crews, manage installations, and deliver high-quality AV solutions on active job sites.
This is not a desk job—you’ll be out in the field, working on commercial sites, coordinating with trades, and installing cutting-edge AV and security integration systems. - Lead AV installation projects on active construction sites
- Manage and assign tasks to field crews
- Interpret construction drawings and generate as-built documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and AV best practices
- Maintain certifications and stay current with industry trends
- Travel as needed across the DFW region
- Operate company vehicles when required
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of AV installation experience, preferably in commercial construction
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and adapt to changing site conditions
