What You'll Do
As a Sales Advocate, you'll serve as the face of Cricket Wireless by delivering outstanding customer experience while helping customers find the products and services that best fit their needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Recommend wireless plans, devices, accessories, and protection options
- Educate customers on products, promotions, and wireless solutions
- Process activations, upgrades, bill payments, and account changes
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Promote add-on products and services to maximize customer value
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting store environment
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and daily operations
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
- Stay informed on new products, promotions, and company policies

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Wireless industry experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

- Weekend availability required
