Job Coach
- Age 21 or older
- Transport and support individual throughout training
- Transport and stay with the individual at the work place throughout their shift until supports are no longer needed
- Assist and support individual in the workplace, 1:1 to learn the skills required of the job
- Facilitate communication between employer and employee
- Report to Employment Services Supervisor
- Document daily progress
- Attend and participate in ISP meetings
- Other duties as needed
Hours – Vary, depending on needs of individuals
Rate of Pay – Based on experience
