Experience
Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health conditions is highly desirable.
Acute care experience within psychiatric hospitals or mental health facilities is preferred.
Familiarity with behavior intervention, patient monitoring, and crisis intervention techniques is essential.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent client communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
